Privacy policy

Annapetti is run by Infipot Service Private Ltd. This policy explains what we do with your data. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Your name, mobile number and delivery addresses.
• Names and numbers of family or friends you add to your account.
• Your orders, payments, wallet, ratings and messages to us.
• Questions you ask Ask Annam.
• Basic device details, such as phone type, whether you've installed the app and turned on notifications.

We never see your card, UPI PIN or bank details. We don't collect your contacts, photos or location.

How we use it

Only to run your orders: log you in, cook and deliver your meals, keep your balance right, answer your questions, and send you order updates. We don't sell your data, show ads or send marketing.

Who sees it

• Our own team, only what they need for your order.
• Services we use to run the app: Amazon Web Services (hosting), MSG91 (SMS and WhatsApp), Cashfree (online payments), Google Maps (addresses), Anthropic (the AI behind Ask Annam) and push notification services.
• Family or friends you let log in to your account.
• Authorities, if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

While you use Annapetti. Payment records are kept for 8 years because tax law requires it. Ask us to delete your account and we'll delete the rest within 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time. Email support@annapetti.com with your mobile number and we'll reply within 30 days. We use only the cookies needed to keep you logged in.

Grievance officer

For any privacy complaint, contact our Grievance Officer at support@annapetti.com. You can also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
